About Presentation

Authors are invited to submit full papers for reviewing of publication, and all accepted papers after proper registration are invited to present in the conference with oral or poster style.

Presenters are invited to submit abstract only for reviewing, and all accepted abstracts after proper registration are invited to present in the conference with oral or poster style.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Equipment Provided by the Conference Organizer:

1. Laptop Computer (MS Windows Operating System with MS PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat Reader )

2. Digital Projectors & Screen

Materials Provided by the Presenters:

1. PowerPoint or PDF files

Duration of each Presentation (Tentatively):

1. Regular Keynote Presentation: 40 Minutes of Presentation including 5 Minutes of Q&A. Regular Invited Presentation: 20 Minutes of Presentation including 5 Minutes of Q&A. Regular Oral Presentation: 15 Minutes of Presentation including 3 Minutes of Q&A. The oral presentation will be accurately timed, so make sure you finish in time.
2. Please check the session schedule on the web to see which day and time you are presenting.
3. Please arrive at the designed room location 10 minutes before the session begins and report to the session chair.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Materials Provided by the Conference Organizer:

1.The wall to put the poster.
2. Maximum poster size is A1.
3. Load Capacity: Holds up to 0.5 kg.

Materials Provided by the Presenters:

1. Home-made Posters
2. The poster can be prepared according to the Poster Template.

Duration of each Presentation (Tentatively):

1. The duration of each poster is 5 minutes of brief introduction.

Best Presentation Award

One Best Oral or Poster Presentation will be selected from each presentation session, and the Certificate for Best Oral or Poster Presentation will be awarded at the end of each session on October 19 and 20, 2024.

Dress Code

Please wear formal clothes or national representative of clothing.
